Privacy Policy — LinkedIn Lead Exporter

LinkedIn Lead Exporter ("the extension") is a browser tool that lets you export the results currently shown on a LinkedIn search page to a CSV file. We designed it to be privacy-preserving: it runs entirely in your browser and we do not operate any server that receives your data.

What the extension accesses

When you click the Export button, the extension reads the text of the LinkedIn search results visible on the current page (names, titles, locations, company names, job titles, and profile/job links) in order to build a CSV file. This reading happens only when you click Export, only on LinkedIn search pages, and entirely on your own computer.

What we store

The extension stores two small values locally on your device using your browser's storage (chrome.storage.local):

• A count of how many exports you have run (to apply the free-tier limit).
• Your license key, if you activate one.

This data never leaves your device, except as described below.

What we send to third parties

We do not transmit the LinkedIn data you export anywhere. The only outbound request the extension makes is when you click Activate to redeem a license: your license key is sent to Gumroad (api.gumroad.com) solely to confirm the purchase is valid. That request is governed by Gumroad's own privacy policy. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal information.
• We do not transmit or store the contents of your exports.
• We do not track your browsing or build a profile of you.

Your control

The CSV files are saved by your browser to your normal downloads folder; you own and control them. You can remove all locally stored values at any time by removing the extension from your browser.
